Returns policy

You may return or exchange products free of charge within 180 days of delivery. This applies to new and lightly used products, including products without a defect.

Returns are made by mail. A return label is included in the package or provided at no charge. There is no restocking fee. After we receive the return, we process the refund within 5 business days, up to the invoice value.
