Which lease terms are possible?

Terms usually run between 12 and 60 months. The most commonly chosen duration is 36 months. We are happy to advise which term fits your situation and budget.

Can I lease a single desk or a small number of items?

Yes. Leasing is possible from a relatively low monthly amount, also for a single workstation or a few chairs. Smaller items can be combined into one lease package.

What do I need to apply?

A valid company registration (Chamber of Commerce number or local equivalent) and preferably a positive financial track record. Start-ups can also lease in some cases; we review this per application. Leasing is available to businesses and self-employed professionals, not to private individuals.

Is leasing tax deductible?

In most cases the full monthly amount is deductible as a business expense and the furniture is not capitalised on your balance sheet. We recommend discussing your specific situation with your accountant.

Can I add furniture during the lease term?

Yes. When your team grows we add an additional lease component. Depending on the situation this may adjust the term or the monthly amount.

Is the furniture covered by warranty?

Yes, the factory warranty applies to all leased furniture. Defects within the warranty period are resolved free of charge.
