    01 — Your office

    Tell us what you need

    Which rooms, roughly how many people, when you need the furniture, and whether you’d rather lease or buy. No floor plan required to start.

    02 — Your proposal

    One account manager

    You receive a selection, the monthly amount and a delivery plan. A dedicated account manager stays with you from that proposal through to completion.

    03 — Delivery

    Installed and ready

    We deliver, install and remove the packaging. Your team can start working without coordinating several suppliers.

    04 — Service

    Scan & Service

    Keep the workplace performing with Myntwork Furniture Management and Scan & Service. Request support and reconfigure as the way you work changes.

    During the term

    The office can grow with you.

    Terms usually run between 12 and 60 months. When the team grows, we add furniture as an extra lease component. Depending on the situation this may adjust the term or the monthly amount.

    At the end

    Take over, return or renew.

    When the term ends you can take the furniture over, return it, or put together a new package. The monthly amount is a business cost. It is not a large purchase on the balance sheet. Ask your accountant about your own situation.

    Who can lease

    Built for businesses.

    We furnish company workplaces, from a set of workstations to a complete office. A single desk is not a delivery we can make, and leasing is not available to private individuals or the self-employed. You need a valid company registration and, preferably, a positive financial track record. Start-ups are reviewed per application.

    You select the furniture, we propose a lease term and a fixed monthly amount. After approval we deliver and install everything. You pay the monthly amount for the agreed term; afterwards you can take over the furniture, return it or put together a new package.
