Your own workplace specialist
Every request is handled by a dedicated workplace specialist who knows the furniture, the brands and the practical side of furnishing an office. They look at how your team actually works: focused work, meetings, calls, collaboration and breaks.
Based on that, they combine desks, seating, storage, acoustic solutions and lounge furniture into one coherent interior. You can indicate a preferred style and colour palette, or leave the design choices to us. Either way, you receive a proposal you can discuss, adjust and build on.
A layout proposal you can actually use
You receive a layout of your space with the proposed furniture placed to scale, together with a complete product list and quotation. You see exactly what we have included, in which quantities and at what price, so you can remove, swap or add items before you decide.
Because Myntwork works with a wide range of leading manufacturers, the proposal is never limited to a single brand. We select what suits your space and budget best, including custom finishes, fabrics and dimensions where needed. We can also include products that are not listed on our website.

Frequently asked questions
Is the design service really free?
Yes. The layout proposal, furniture selection and quotation are free of charge and without obligation. You only pay if you decide to lease or purchase furniture through Myntwork.
What information do you need from me?
A floor plan with dimensions is the most useful starting point, together with the number of workstations and the types of spaces you need. No floor plan? A sketch with measurements or a few photos is a good start, and your specialist will ask for anything else they need.
Can you help with just one room?
Certainly. We help with a single meeting room, reception or lounge area just as readily as with a complete office floor or a new location.
Can I lease the furniture in the proposal?
Yes. Everything in the proposal can be leased through Furniture as a Service for a fixed monthly fee, or purchased outright. Indicate your preference in the form and your specialist prepares the quotation accordingly.
Which brands can be included?
We work with a wide range of leading European office furniture manufacturers and can also include products that are not listed on our website, including custom finishes, fabrics and dimensions.
How long does it take?
After receiving your floor plan and requirements, your specialist contacts you to confirm the details. Depending on the size of the project, you typically receive the proposal within a few working days.
