Choose a cabinet for your floor plan

Start by deciding where the cabinet will sit and what it needs to store. Measure the intended position, including the available width and depth, and consider nearby desks, walkways and doors. The NOVA collection lists cabinets at 160 or 180 cm wide, 94 cm deep and 113 cm high; verify the measurements for your chosen model before finalizing a layout. As the cabinets are freestanding, include their footprint in your space plan rather than assuming they fit within another furniture unit.

Compare configuration and access

Choose the plexiglass-insert cabinet if that specific design feature suits your needs. If the left-side L-shaped configuration is important to the layout, review the model details and plan its orientation in relation to nearby furniture. Do not assume the two configurations have identical internal layouts. Both models have a cylinder lock, so consider who needs access and how the cabinet will be used within your workplace.

Check storage and finish requirements

Neither model includes hanging folder frames. If your team needs to store hanging files, check whether another storage solution is more appropriate. The cabinets are melamine, and the collection lists a range of colors: beige, black, green, grey, blue, brown, orange, red, white and wood. Confirm the color options available for the exact configuration you select rather than assuming every color applies to both models. The collection is not described as acoustic, so choose it for storage rather than sound management.
