cue solution Desk Screen VARA

Plan around the workspace

Start by looking at how each desk is used and where a screen would sit. In an open-plan office, screens can help create more clearly defined desk areas without changing the overall workstation layout. They may also suit shared project spaces where people need a more distinct working zone. VARA products are described as acoustic or sound-absorbing desk screens, but the collection information does not give a quantified acoustic rating. If a particular level of sound control is important, check the product details rather than assuming performance from the description alone.

Before selecting a size, measure the desk and consider how the screen will relate to monitors, work surfaces, and nearby users. The family’s listed dimensions cover a wide range, but those figures do not necessarily apply to every model. Confirm the height, width, and depth for the specific option you are considering, and check how it is intended to fit the desk.

Choose a model and finish

VARA BOARD, VARA ORGANIZER, and VARA SCREEN are the three options listed in this collection. The product names do not provide enough detail to reliably compare their construction or intended functions, so use each model’s listing and product documents to check what is included. Catalogue, dimensions, and colors and materials PDFs are available to help with this review.

Color choices listed for the collection include beige, black, green, grey, blue, orange, purple, red, and white. Fabric-covered finishes are part of the range, and the VARA BOARD description specifically identifies Crepe fabric. Check the available colors and materials for the individual model, as the full collection color list may not be offered on every option. If matching screens across a larger workspace, confirm the finish selections before finalizing quantities.

Review specifications before ordering

PEFC certification is listed for the VARA products. The collection attributes also list an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), SCS Indoor Advantage Gold, Carbon Neutral Product, and circularity. Check the relevant product documentation to understand which declarations or certifications apply to your selected model and what their scope covers.

When comparing options, write down the desk dimensions, preferred screen height, color, and any documentation your project requires. Then verify these details against the specific product listing and downloadable documents. Myntwork offers cue solution VARA products on a monthly lease, so you can also consider leasing as part of your workspace planning.
