FAMO Alpha Front-Mounted Acoustic Desk Screen

FAMO Alpha Front-Mounted Acoustic Desk Screen

The FAMO Alpha Front-Mounted Acoustic Desk Screen is a fabric screen for people who work at a desk and want an acoustic boundary positioned at the front of their workstation. Its front-mounted configuration distinguishes it from other desk-screen arrangements, while a choice of widths and fabric colors makes it easier to select an option for a particular desk setup.

Fabric Design and Color Choice

This FAMO acoustic desk screen has a fabric screen finish, giving the workstation a textile surface rather than a plain, exposed desk edge. The fabric is listed with a Heritage anti-stain finish, a practical consideration for a screen used around everyday desk activity and a helpful feature for keeping its appearance presentable.

Color choices range across white, black, grey, orange, red, beige, brown, green and blue. That range lets you coordinate the screen with a restrained neutral palette or introduce a stronger color at the workstation, without changing the product’s front-mounted format. The fabric finish and color selection make the screen a visible part of the desk arrangement, not just a functional divider.

Front-Mounted Acoustic Separation

The screen is designed as a front desk screen with an acoustic designation. For desk-based work, this makes it a relevant option when you want a defined boundary at the workstation and an acoustic screen as part of the setup. It can help distinguish the working position visually while giving the desk a more enclosed feel than an uncovered front edge.

Because it is front-mounted, the FAMO Alpha Front-Mounted Acoustic Desk Screen is suited to buyers specifically looking for a screen at the front of a desk rather than a side-mounted configuration. Consider the arrangement of the desk and the position where you want the screen before choosing a width. The product is offered in several widths, so you can select from different proportions for your intended desk layout.

Choosing a Screen for Your Desk

This Alpha collection desk screen is a focused choice for individual desk workstations where a front-facing screen is preferred. Its stated desk-screen format makes it appropriate to consider for office desks and other desk-based work areas; the product data does not specify a particular room type, so the choice should be guided by your desk and the role you want the screen to play.

When comparing options, start with the mounting position, then consider the available width and the fabric color that best suits the surrounding furniture. The front-mounted construction defines where it sits, the acoustic classification identifies its intended screen category, and the fabric finish gives you a choice of color with an anti-stain finish. Together, these details help you decide whether this FAMO desk partition matches the layout and look you need at your workstation.
