Choosing an ALPHA table for your room
Start with the people who will use the table most often, then check the available floor area. The collection lists seating for 8, 10, 12 or 16 people, while its width options are 240, 300, 320, 360 and 480 cm and its depth is 120 cm. These dimensions can help narrow your selection, but allow room for chairs to move and people to pass around the table. Confirm the exact size and seating configuration shown for each model before making a decision.
Match capacity to the way you meet
A table sized for a regular project team may suit recurring discussions, while a larger configuration can accommodate broader meetings or presentations. Think about whether people need space for laptops, documents or shared materials, not only a seat. If the room is used for different group sizes, consider which configuration will work comfortably for the most common meeting rather than planning only for occasional full attendance.
Check finishes and practical requirements
The ALPHA tops are melamine and the bases are steel. The collection lists several surface and base colors, allowing you to consider how the table will sit alongside existing workplace furniture. Color combinations may differ between models, so verify the options attached to the specific listing instead of assuming every finish is available in every size.
For technology-heavy meetings, note that cable-tray compatibility is listed for the collection, but the cable tray itself is not included. Check whether the chosen model supports the cable-management arrangement you need and plan separately for any accessories. The tables are non-adjustable, so confirm the fixed height is suitable for the chairs and work activities in the room. The listed warranty is two years.
What to confirm before selecting a model
- Compare the listed width and seating capacity with your room plan, including chair clearance and circulation space.
- Check the available tabletop and base colors for the particular model.
- Review cable-tray compatibility and account for the fact that the tray is not included.
- Confirm the dimensions and configuration in the individual product details before placing an order.
