Götessons Design Group Half A Hut Gem

The Götessons Design Group Gotessons Design Group G Tessons Group Half A Hut Gem acoustic room is a fabric-upholstered, half-height room from the Half a Hut collection. It is intended for workplace settings where a defined room format is wanted without a full-height enclosure, and pairs fabric and laminate in grey, wood and white.

Half a Hut Acoustic Design

The Half a Hut GEM’s half-height configuration gives it a lower-profile presence than a full-height room. That makes it a consideration for workplaces looking to introduce a distinct room element while keeping the surrounding space visually open; the product data does not specify a particular layout or installation method.

Fabric upholstery is paired with laminate, bringing two different materials into one design. The grey, wood and white palette can help the room sit alongside a range of workplace finishes, while making its fabric and laminate elements part of the overall interior scheme.

Materials and Configuration

This Half a Hut GEM acoustic room has a foot base, rather than a listed wall-mounted configuration. The supported base type is useful to know when considering where the unit will sit and how it relates to other furniture in the room; no fixing or relocation details are provided.

The listed configuration is without a lamp, writing board or magazine rack. This helps clarify what is included when planning the room: it is presented as an acoustic room with fabric upholstery, laminate and a foot base, not as a setup with those additional features.

Acoustic Room for Workplaces

As an acoustic room, the Half a Hut GEM is designed around creating a room-like element within a workplace. Its half-height form offers a different choice from an enclosed, full-height room, but no measured sound-reduction rating or other acoustic performance figures are specified, so these should not be assumed.

The grey, wood and white finish makes this model relevant to buyers coordinating a room feature with neutral or timber-look surroundings. Its combination of upholstery and laminate also gives planners clear material information when comparing acoustic room options for a workplace interior.
