OKA Desktop Desk-Mounted Fabric Screen Element

OKA Desktop Desk-Mounted Fabric Screen Element

The OKA Desktop Desk-Mounted Fabric Screen Desk Screen Element is an acoustic desk screen for people who want a defined boundary at an individual workstation. Its upper-only, desk-mounted format combines Atlantic Screen fabric by Gabriel with an anodised aluminium frame, bringing a fabric-covered divider to the desktop without a lower screen panel.

Fabric Desk Screen Design

Atlantic Screen fabric by Gabriel gives the divider a textile surface, while the anodised aluminium frame provides a contrasting structural edge. Together, these materials create a defined screen element for a desk without turning it into a full-height or freestanding partition.

The screen is supplied as an upper screen only. This configuration keeps the divider above the desk surface, making it suitable when you want a visible boundary at the workstation while leaving the area below the screen open.

Desk-Mounted Workspace Separation

As a desk-mounted acoustic screen, this OKA element is designed to sit at an individual desk rather than divide an entire room. It can help visually distinguish one work area from another in shared office layouts, while keeping the screen connected to the desk it serves.

For an open-plan office or a shared workstation, the fabric panel offers a clear boundary between desk areas without enclosing the user. The product data does not specify a sound-reduction level, so it is best chosen for its desk-screen format and fabric-covered design rather than as a measured acoustic solution.

Colors and Office Uses

Listed color options include green, orange, red, blue, grey, beige, white and silver. This range lets you choose a screen that coordinates with a varied office palette or stands out as a distinct workstation feature; check the available option when selecting your configuration.

Width choices span more compact to broader desk arrangements, giving you options for different workstation layouts. The screen is suited to desk-based work where an upper divider is preferred, including individual desks and shared office settings. Because it is desk-mounted and upper-only, it provides a defined desktop screen without extending below the desk or acting as a room divider.

If you are comparing fabric desk screens, the key distinction here is the combination of Gabriel Atlantic Screen fabric, an anodised aluminium frame and a desk-mounted upper-screen configuration. Choose it when those materials and the above-desk format match the way you want to define a workstation.
