The Thonet S 179 Serving Bar Trolley is a serving trolley from Thonet’s S 179 collection, for people looking for a distinctive way to organise and present bar items. Its defining combination of a chrome-finish frame, green ribbed-glass shelves, a mirror surface and an embossed green core-leather handle sets it apart from a plain serving cart.
The chrome-finish frame brings a reflective contrast to the trolley’s green details. Together, the chrome and green create a clear colour scheme for buyers who want serving furniture with a more considered appearance than a single-tone utility trolley.
Ribbed glass in green and a mirror surface give the shelves distinct finishes. The ribbing adds visible texture, while the mirror introduces another reflective surface; this combination makes the trolley’s materials part of its presentation, not just a place to set serving items.
The green core-leather handle is embossed with “Tanqueray,” adding a specific branded detail to the design. It also gives the trolley a dedicated handle for use when arranging or attending to a serving setup.
A rail is specified on the lower part of the frame, providing a visible frame detail that continues the trolley’s defined, structured appearance. The mix of ribbed glass, mirror, chrome and leather means the S 179 Tanqueray model has several different surfaces to consider when coordinating it with other furnishings.
This Thonet serving bar trolley is suited to a bar or serving area where the trolley itself is intended to contribute to the room’s look. Its green and chrome palette makes it a natural option for buyers seeking a green bar trolley, while the mirror and embossed handle give the design details that distinguish it from a basic storage cart.
Choose this model when the combination of materials and colour is as important as having a dedicated piece of serving furniture. The product is identified as circular in the supplied details, and belongs to Thonet’s S 179 collection; no further circularity or care information is specified.
