Götessons Design Group In The Grid

The Götessons Design Group In The Grid acoustic ceiling panel is an in-grid, ceiling-positioned panel for buyers planning a ceiling-based acoustic installation. Its key differentiator is its in-grid configuration, which makes it a choice for projects designed around a ceiling grid rather than a standalone wall-mounted or freestanding acoustic product.

In-grid ceiling configuration

This acoustic ceiling panel is specified for installation within a grid arrangement. That makes the configuration relevant when planning acoustic elements as part of the ceiling layout, instead of adding a separate floor-standing or wall-mounted screen to the room.

The model belongs to the In The Grid collection and is identified as the small in-grid type. Use those details to check that the panel matches the intended ceiling system and project specification before ordering. The product information does not state installation instructions or compatibility with particular grid systems, so confirm those requirements for your site.

Color choices and coordination

The listed color options are silver, gold, grey and white. These give specifiers several neutral and metallic directions to consider alongside a room’s ceiling palette; the actual choice can help the ceiling treatment either blend with its surroundings or provide a more noticeable color contrast.

Color is the main stated visual selection detail, while no panel material or surface finish is specified. If material, finish or a precise color match is important to the project, verify those details before choosing. This helps avoid relying on assumptions that are not included in the product information.

Planning acoustic ceiling use

For an office or other interior project, the Götessons Design Group In The Grid acoustic ceiling panel can be considered when the plan calls for an acoustic product positioned at the ceiling and integrated in-grid. The supplied information identifies its category and mounting configuration, but does not provide an acoustic rating or quantified sound-absorption result. Use project-specific acoustic requirements when deciding whether it is suitable for the room.

The ceiling position can be useful when the design brief reserves wall and floor areas for other purposes, while an in-grid format keeps the product within the planned ceiling arrangement. This is a configuration benefit, not a claim about the panel’s measured acoustic performance; no such performance figures are included in the available details.

The product record marks the model as circular, but does not explain the meaning or supporting details of that designation. Information about maintenance, durability, origin and installation is also not provided here, so check those points if they affect procurement or long-term planning. With those checks complete, the In The Grid panel offers a clearly defined ceiling-mounted option in four listed colors.
