The Mebelux 8 Connector Reception Counter is a melamine reception desk for teams seeking a substantial, counter-height workpoint. Its connector-type configuration is suitable for a cable tray, offering a way to plan cable management. The top and front have a coordinated Grey finish for a consistent appearance in a reception area.
The tabletop and front are made from melamine, so the main visible surfaces share the same material. Product color information also lists Grey, White, Black, Beige, Brown, Green and Wood, offering several color families to consider when coordinating the counter with existing furniture or room finishes. Confirm the selected finish when ordering.
This reception counter is suitable for a cable tray, but the tray is not included. Buyers who need a tray should plan to obtain it separately rather than expect it to arrive with the counter.
The product is identified as a connector subtype but is also listed as not linkable. Do not assume it can be joined to another unit to create a connected modular run; its listed configuration is intended for use as an individual reception piece.
Socle lighting is listed as absent, so the counter does not have built-in lighting at its base. This is useful to consider when deciding whether the reception area needs separate lighting or whether a plain, unlit base suits the layout.
The counter’s tall profile and broad work surface make it suitable for a front-of-house setting where a distinct reception point is needed. Its proportions can help define the reception position within an office, while the melamine surfaces keep the design straightforward.
With a listed width of 140 cm, depth of 80 cm and height of 115 cm, check the available floor area and intended working position before selecting it. These measurements are also relevant when planning circulation around the desk or coordinating it with nearby furniture.
The Mebelux 8 Connector Reception Counter comes with a two-year warranty. Key considerations include its specified Grey surfaces, compatibility with a separately obtained cable tray, and non-linkable configuration.
