Voortman Rectangular Hatch With Brush Strips Desk Cable Access Hatch

Voortman Rectangular Hatch With Brush Strips Desk Cable Access Hatch

The Voortman Rectangular Hatch With Brush Strips Desk Cable Access Hatch is a desk cable-access accessory for people routing connections through a work surface. Its defining feature is a rectangular hatch fitted with brush strips, giving desk users a dedicated cable passage instead of requiring cables to run over the desk edge. It belongs to Voortman’s VMAC collection.

Desk Cable Hatch Design

The rectangular format provides an identifiable access point in a desk, while the brush strips are the key detail where cables pass through. This arrangement is suited to users who want to bring desk connections through the work surface and keep the cable route concentrated at the hatch.

Choose this Voortman cable access hatch when the rectangular shape and brush-strip construction match your desk-access requirements. The product data does not specify the hatch material or dimensions, so check those details with the supplier if they are essential to your installation or desk selection.

Color options are listed across neutral and varied color families, including beige, silver, white, grey, black, brown, green, purple and wood. This gives buyers choices for coordinating the visible hatch with a range of desk finishes; confirm the specific available color for the item you are ordering.

Access And Listed Configuration

The product information also identifies a double built-in socket with a lid as a model configuration. Its listed electrical details include four 230 V outlets and two USB-A connections, with charger ratings noted as 18 W and 22 W at 5.2 V/2.15 A. Check with the supplier whether this configuration is included with the hatch or applies to a particular version before purchase.

That configuration information can help buyers assess whether the listed setup matches their desk connection needs, while the hatch itself provides the cable-access point. Because the data does not explain how the socket configuration relates to the hatch, verify compatibility, installation requirements and included components before planning a desk layout.

For Desk-Based Workspaces

This accessory is intended for desk cable access, making it relevant when planning a workstation or a desk used for shared work. The rectangular hatch and brush strips offer a defined route for cables at the work surface; the available details do not specify acoustic performance, cable capacity or a particular mounting method.

Before choosing the VMAC hatch, consider where cables need to emerge through the desk and whether the listed shape, brush-strip design and color options suit that position. Voortman’s model and configuration information can guide a product enquiry, but confirming fit and exact contents with the supplier will help prevent assumptions about installation or included electrical components.
