OKA Linear Floor-Fixed Cabinet Linking Frame

OKA Linear Floor-Fixed Cabinet Linking Frame

The OKA Linear Floor-Fixed Cabinet Linking Frame is a metal storage fitting for workplaces arranging freestanding cabinets in a straight, connected run. Its defining feature is the combination of linear linking and floor fixing, making it relevant for offices that want cabinets configured together rather than positioned as separate units.

Linear Cabinet Linking Design

This OKA cabinet linking frame is designed for a linear arrangement, so it helps create a continuous row of freestanding storage. That configuration can make a cabinet layout easier to plan along an office wall or within a defined work area, while keeping the intended arrangement consistent.

Floor-fixed construction is the key consideration when choosing this frame. It is intended for a layout where the linking arrangement is fixed to the floor, rather than treated as a movable grouping; consider this before selecting it for a space that needs frequent furniture rearrangement.

The frame is made from metal, with a matte black anodised frame finish specified. Oak-toned side panels are also indicated, while the listed color families include options such as grey, white, black, blue, green, red and brown. These details help you coordinate the cabinet arrangement with the surrounding office palette.

Choosing It For Your Office

For an open-plan office, the linear format can help organise freestanding cabinets into a clearly planned storage run. It can also suit a meeting room or home office where a row of cabinets is preferred to scattered individual units. The product data identifies several cabinet-height configurations, so check the intended cabinet arrangement when planning the fit.

This is a linking frame, not a hanging-file frame: hanging folder frames are not included. It is also not specified as an acoustic product, so choose it for cabinet linking and floor-fixed layout needs rather than sound absorption or acoustic separation.

Before choosing the OKA Linear Floor-Fixed Cabinet Linking Frame, confirm that a straight, floor-fixed cabinet configuration suits the room and the way the storage will be used. Its metal construction and specified finish make the frame a clear choice for customers matching a linear cabinet setup to a black frame and oak-toned side-panel look. Where that fixed arrangement is appropriate, the frame provides a dedicated way to connect the cabinets rather than relying on separate freestanding placement.
