FAMO Correio Mail Sorting Right-Side Lock Cabinet

FAMO Correio Mail Sorting Right-Side Lock Cabinet

The FAMO Correio Mail Sorting Right-Side Lock Cabinet is a freestanding metal storage cabinet for workplaces that need a dedicated place to sort and secure mail. Its distinguishing feature is a cylinder lock positioned on the right, making the locking point easy to identify while keeping the cabinet focused on mail handling rather than hanging-file storage.

Mail Sorting Cabinet Design

Designed for mail sorting, this FAMO cabinet provides a dedicated storage choice for office correspondence workflows. Its freestanding format makes it suitable as a standalone unit at a workplace mail point, without being specified as part of built-in furniture.

This cabinet has no hanging folder frames, so it is not configured for suspended-file storage. Choose it when mail sorting is the priority and a hanging-file cabinet would not match the task. The product data does not specify internal dividers or sorting compartments, so the storage arrangement should be assessed against your mail-handling needs.

Metal Construction and Lock

The cabinet and its doors are both made from metal, giving the unit a consistent material throughout its exterior. This can help create a coordinated look between the main structure and door surfaces, while making the construction easy to identify when comparing office storage options.

A right-side cylinder lock provides lockable access, with the lock position clearly defined for teams using the cabinet. This configuration has no code lock, so it is a considered option when a cylinder-lock design is preferred. The right-side placement is useful to factor into the cabinet’s position and the way staff approach it.

Color Choices for Offices

The Correio cabinet is available in beige, white, grey, black, orange and red. Neutral shades can suit a restrained office palette, while orange or red can help the cabinet stand out in a shared mail area. These color choices let you select a look that fits the surrounding workspace without changing the cabinet’s mail-sorting purpose.

As a freestanding storage cabinet, it can serve as a dedicated mail-handling point in an office where correspondence needs a defined place. Consider the available space, the preferred color family and the right-side lock position together when deciding where it will sit. If your workflow depends on hanging files or code-based locking, this configuration does not include those features.
