The MARO Aura AUM16 8-Compartment Storage Module is a black metal storage unit for workplaces that need belongings separated into eight distinct compartments. Its defining advantage is the combination of compartment-based organization with a cylinder lock, in a broad, low-format module that is not designed to stand on the floor.
Metal construction gives the cabinet a firm, structured form for everyday storage, while the black finish brings a neutral, dark tone to an office interior. The wide, shallow proportions create a horizontal storage presence rather than a tall cabinet profile, which can help when planning how storage fits into a room layout.
The module belongs to MARO’s AURA collection, so it is identifiable as part of that storage system when specifying furniture. Its non-floor-standing design is an important planning consideration: confirm that the intended location and support arrangement suit the module before choosing it, as the product information does not specify a mounting method.
Eight separate compartments make it possible to keep different items apart instead of combining everything in one open storage space. This layout can make stored belongings easier to sort and retrieve, especially when several people or categories of items share a storage area.
A cylinder lock adds a controlled-access feature for the unit. It is useful when the contents should not remain freely accessible, although the product information does not state that compartments lock individually. The cabinet has no hanging file frames, so it is not configured for storing hanging folders; choose it for compartmentalized storage rather than a hanging-file system.
The MARO Aura AUM16 8-Compartment Storage Module suits buyers looking for organized, lockable storage in a non-floor-standing format. Its eight-compartment arrangement is the key choice factor: consider whether separate sections match the items you need to store and whether a cylinder lock is useful for your setting.
This model is not an acoustic product, so it should be selected for storage and organization rather than sound absorption or acoustic separation. Its black metal cabinet and defined compartment layout make it a straightforward option to consider for office storage planning, while the non-floor-standing specification means its placement needs to be resolved as part of the furniture plan.
