The OKA Floating Rectangular 5 Cabinet Top is a rectangular floating top for an OKA storage cabinet, suited to office and home-office storage setups. Its defining feature is a 5 cm overhang, which makes the top project beyond the cabinet edges and gives the storage unit a more distinct outline. It is offered in multiple size and color options.
The floating rectangular format gives a cabinet a clear top surface without changing its role as storage furniture. The 5 cm overhang creates a visible projection around the cabinet, helping the top read as a deliberate design element rather than simply blending into the cabinet profile.
Choose from a range of widths and depths to suit the cabinet configuration. Since the available options vary, check the selected size against the cabinet before ordering; a suitable match keeps the top’s overhang consistent with the intended setup.
Color options span neutral shades such as white, grey, black and beige, along with wood and brown tones, brighter colors and transparent. This choice makes it easier to coordinate the cabinet top with an existing office palette, whether the storage is placed in a home office, shared workspace or other office environment.
The product is a cabinet top, not a storage unit or an acoustic screen. The cabinet specification identifies metal as its material, so this top belongs in a metal-cabinet storage configuration. It is not specified as providing acoustic treatment or hanging file frames, which helps set clear expectations when planning office storage.
A cylinder lock is included in the listed cabinet specification. This is a cabinet feature rather than a stated function of the top itself; choose the top for its shape, floating style and overhang, and consider the cabinet’s locking provision separately when assessing the storage setup.
The breadth of color choices supports different furnishing schemes, from restrained neutral combinations to more noticeable color accents. Match the top to the cabinet or use a contrasting shade to distinguish the storage piece visually; the available information does not specify a particular finish or surface-care method.
For an open-plan office, meeting area or home office, this OKA rectangular cabinet top adds a defined surface to a storage cabinet while retaining the cabinet’s practical purpose. Confirm the selected width, depth and color for your configuration, especially where the 5 cm projection needs to align with nearby furniture or the available space.
