The OKA Pass-Through Without Door Storage Cabinet is a freestanding metal storage cabinet for offices and workplace layouts that need an open, through-style element. Its defining difference is the door-free, six-OH configuration with a steel base, providing a pass-through format without a swinging door.
The door-free design keeps access direct and avoids the clearance needed to open a cabinet door. As a pass-through element, it suits layouts where people need an open route through the storage unit rather than a closed cabinet front.
This OKA storage cabinet has no shelves, so it is not arranged as a set of shelf compartments. Plan for its open interior when deciding what it will hold, and choose it when the pass-through form is more useful than enclosed, divided storage.
The cabinet is made of metal and has a steel base, giving planners a consistent metal finish across the cabinet and its supporting base. It is available in a range of width and depth options, making it possible to select a footprint that fits the intended position in an office layout.
Color choices span neutral tones such as white, grey, beige, black and brown, as well as brighter colors including orange, green, blue and red. This variety helps coordinate the cabinet with different workplace color schemes without changing its open, door-free configuration.
The six-OH format gives the cabinet a tall, full-height presence in a storage layout. Consider it for office areas where an open pass-through element is needed, such as a workplace arrangement that connects or separates adjacent zones while keeping the route open.
This unit has no hanging file frames, so it is not configured for suspended-folder filing. It also has no acoustic function, which means it should not be selected as a sound-absorbing divider. For workplace planners choosing between storage types, its strengths are the open pass-through design, freestanding format and choice of color and footprint—not shelf storage, filing frames or acoustic treatment.
