Thonet S 1196 2 Klapptisch Folding Table

Thonet S 1196 2 Klapptisch Folding Table

The Thonet S 1196 2 Folding Table is a rectangular table for four people, suited to meeting rooms and other shared work settings where a folding format is useful. Its white HPL and melamine top pairs with a silver, chrome-finished metal base, bringing a clear, neutral look to a practical four-person setup.

White Folding Table Materials

The tabletop combines HPL and melamine with a white finish, giving the table a simple surface appearance that works with a range of office interiors. An ABS edge completes the top, while the steel and metal four-leg base provides the supporting structure.

The contrast between the white tabletop and silver-toned base makes the Thonet S 1196 2 Folding Table easy to coordinate with other office furniture. Its rectangular shape and seating capacity for four make it a considered option when you need a defined shared surface without choosing a larger group table.

Four-Person Meeting Table Setup

With space intended for four people, this table can serve small meetings, collaborative tasks or shared work sessions. Its folding type is useful in rooms where the layout may change or the table may need to be put away between uses; the supplied details do not specify a particular folding mechanism.

The table is not adjustable and is not linkable, so it suits buyers looking for a standalone table in a fixed configuration rather than a height-changing or connected arrangement. Its open rectangular top gives four people a shared work surface, while the four-leg base defines a straightforward table layout.

Cable Tray Compatibility

The S 1196/2 is suitable for a cable tray, which gives you the option to plan for cable management when configuring the workspace. A cable tray is not included, so it must be sourced separately if needed; this distinction helps you account for the accessories required before installation.

Thonet lists the table with a two-year warranty and identifies it as circular. These details add useful context when comparing folding tables for professional interiors. Choose it when a four-person rectangular table, a white HPL and melamine top, and a folding format match the needs of your room.
