The Cappellini Gong Lux Side Table is a round occasional table for people seeking a distinctive surface with a sculptural column base. Designed by GC15, it pairs a melamine top with a steel base and comes in coordinated blue, red or green color options, bringing a clear, colorful accent to a room.
The round top gives the Gong Lux a softer outline than a table with angular edges, making it an easy shape to place alongside seating. Its low, broad proportions provide a useful surface within reach, while keeping the table’s footprint visually simple.
Blue, red and green are available for both the top and the base. Matching colors give the piece a unified look; choosing a color suited to the surrounding furniture can make it either a noticeable accent or a more coordinated part of the room.
A melamine tabletop and steel base create a clear material contrast: the upper surface is made for everyday placement of items, while the column-style frame gives the table its distinctive central support. This makes the Cappellini Gong Lux Side Table a considered alternative to a conventional four-legged side table.
The column frame keeps the design visually focused beneath the round top. As a side table, it can serve as a nearby surface in a living space, office or home office; the product information does not specify a particular seating arrangement or use beyond its table type.
The table is suitable for a cable tray, which gives buyers the option of adding one where cable management is useful. A cable tray is not included, so it must be sourced separately if required. Bluetooth control is not included, and the table is not linkable to other tables.
The Gong Lux is marked as circular in the product data, and its round tabletop reflects that defining form. A two-year warranty is included, giving buyers a stated period of product coverage. With its colorful finish, melamine surface and steel column base, this Cappellini side table offers a distinctive standalone table option for interiors where a compact, low-profile surface is needed.
