HAY Quilton Middle Module Wide Sofa Module

HAY Quilton Middle Module Wide Sofa Module

The HAY Quilton Middle Module Wide Sofa Module is an upholstered middle section for building a Quilton sofa arrangement, suited to buyers who want a broad, open-sided seating module. Its defining difference is its wide format, paired with Remix fabric upholstery and standard foam, giving you a fabric-covered module without arms or adjustable seat and back settings.

Wide Quilton Sofa Module Design

The wide format gives this middle module a substantial seating span within a sofa configuration. As a middle section, it is intended to sit between other parts of a Quilton arrangement; the open sides leave the module without armrests, so it does not create a closed sofa end by itself.

HAY upholsters the module in Remix fabric from Fabric Group 1, with fabric color options across beige, grey, green, blue, black, brown, orange, pink and red. This range lets you choose a muted neutral or a more noticeable color family to coordinate with the room, while the fabric upholstery gives the seating surface a textile finish.

Fixed Seating and Upholstery

Standard foam provides the module’s seat cushioning, while the fixed design keeps the setup straightforward: the seat height, back height and seat depth are not adjustable. There is no lumbar support or headrest, so buyers looking for a customizable ergonomic chair should note that this is a sofa module with a set seating configuration, not an adjustable task chair.

The lack of arms keeps the sides open and makes the module useful as an interior section in a larger seating layout. Choose its position and neighboring modules based on the overall sofa arrangement you need; product information does not specify joining hardware or particular compatible configurations.

Choosing the HAY Quilton

This HAY Quilton middle sofa module is a consideration for anyone planning a modular upholstered seating arrangement and looking for a wide central piece. Its Remix fabric, standard foam and open-sided format are clear points to compare when deciding how it will fit alongside other seating and the look you want to create.

The product is listed as circular, although further details about that designation are not provided. A two-year warranty is specified. No care instructions or material performance claims are supplied, so check the relevant product guidance if cleaning requirements or fabric durability are decisive factors for your purchase.
