MDF Italia | Acerbis Armrest Single-Sided Deep Sofa Module

MDF Italia | Acerbis Armrest Single-Sided Deep Sofa Module

The MDF Italia | Acerbis Armrest Single-Sided Deep Sofa Module is a fabric-upholstered sofa component for planners building or specifying sofa seating. Its defining combination is a deep seat and an armrest on one side, making it a considered choice when a seating plan needs a defined end rather than an identical armrest on both sides.

Deep Sofa Module Design

The single-sided armrest gives this module a clear boundary while leaving the opposite side open. That makes it useful as an end piece in a planned sofa arrangement, where the asymmetrical form can define the edge of the seating without suggesting that both sides are alike. The product data does not specify a left- or right-facing orientation, so confirm the intended placement before choosing it.

Its deep configuration provides more seat depth than a standard-depth module would, giving seated users room to settle back. This is a fixed design rather than an adjustable one: the seat depth and back height do not adjust, and there is no adjustable seat height. Choose it when the intended layout calls for a consistent, deep sofa seat rather than a chair with changeable ergonomic settings.

Fabric Upholstery and Care

The specified upholstery is Savanna fabric, category F. Fabric upholstery gives the sofa module a soft textile surface, while the supplied data also identifies fabric and leather as upholstery material types; it does not confirm which other finishes can be selected for this exact configuration. No specific cleaning method is provided, so follow care guidance for the chosen upholstery rather than assuming a particular maintenance routine.

The product listing marks the module as circular, but does not provide further details about what that designation covers. Its stated maximum load is 135 kg, offering a practical reference when assessing suitability for the intended seating use. A two-year warranty is also specified.

Choosing This Sofa Component

This MDF Italia | Acerbis sofa module is suited to buyers who need a deep, upholstered seat with one armrest as part of a sofa plan. It is not specified with lumbar support or a headrest, and its seat and back are not height-adjustable. Those details matter if you are comparing it with task seating or need a chair that can be tailored to an individual sitting position.

Consider how the one-sided armrest will meet the neighboring seating in your layout, since the product information does not state a connection system or identify a specific side. The listed maximum load and warranty provide useful purchasing references, while origin information is available on request. Overall, the defining decision is whether a fixed, deep, Savanna-fabric module with a single-sided armrest fits the proportions and configuration of your intended sofa seating.
