The Alea R9 curved shelf with side guards is an office storage shelf for people who want a defined place for items while adding a curved element to an R9 collection layout. Its 22.5° profile and raised sides distinguish it from a straight, open shelf, while the white shelf surface pairs with copper-colored structural details.
The 22.5° curve gives this shelf a shaped profile for layouts where a straight shelf would not suit the desired arrangement. It can help introduce a change in direction within an office storage setup, while its compact proportions make it a considered option when choosing a shelf for a more structured layout.
White is used for both the shelf and its MBS tile, creating a consistent light-colored surface. The copper-colored structure and crossbar provide a contrasting finish, so the shelf’s supporting elements are visually distinct from the white shelf area. Together, these colors make it easier to coordinate the piece with other furnishings where white and copper tones are appropriate.
The side guards create boundaries along the shelf, helping keep stored items within its edges rather than leaving the surface completely open. This can be useful when arranging everyday office items, as the shelf sides give the contents a more contained position and make the shelf’s usable area visually clear.
Choose this Alea storage shelf when the curved shape and side guards are more relevant to your layout than a plain straight shelf. The product data identifies the model as curved and with sides; it does not specify a load capacity or mounting method, so check those requirements separately when planning your installation.
Its office-storage format and distinctive curved profile make it a practical option to consider for a work area where a shaped shelf can contribute to the overall arrangement. The white surface keeps the visual treatment light, while the copper-colored structure and crossbar add a clear accent. This combination can suit an office interior already using those color families.
The shelf belongs to Alea’s R9 collection, making the collection name a useful reference when planning an R9 storage scheme. Before choosing it, consider whether the 22.5° curve, side guards, and white-and-copper finish match the position and appearance you have in mind. This product is best suited to buyers who specifically want those details in a curved shelf rather than an unspecified flat storage surface.
