Boss Design Atom High-Back Armless Modular Seating

Boss Design Atom High-Back Armless Modular Seating

The Boss Design Boss Atom Ato H High-Back Armless Modular Seating chair is a fabric-upholstered modular lounge chair for workplace seating. Its defining combination is a high back and an armless profile, with a left- or right-oriented configuration option. It suits buyers looking for a distinct, non-adjustable lounge seat within the Boss Design Atom collection.

Fabric High-Back Lounge Design

The high back gives this lounge chair a more enclosed visual profile than a low-back seat, making it a considered option for an office lounge area. Its fabric upholstery is available in brown, grey, beige, green, orange, red, black and blue, so the chair can be specified to coordinate with a range of office colour schemes.

The outer back uses Kvadrat Remix fabric, while the upholstery material is listed as fabric. This named textile detail is useful when comparing finishes or coordinating the chair with other fabric elements in a workspace. The product is armless, so there are no fixed armrests to define the seat’s profile.

Modular Configuration and Seating

As part of the Atom modular seating collection, this high-back chair is identified by configuration CO37 and can be specified in a left- or right-oriented version. That orientation choice helps buyers select the unit that corresponds to their planned seating arrangement, while its modular classification makes it relevant when considering a coordinated seating layout rather than an isolated task chair.

This is a lounge chair, not an adjustable ergonomic task chair. Seat height, back height and seat depth are not adjustable, and the design has no lumbar support or headrest. Those details help set expectations: choose it for a fixed lounge-seat format, not when adjustable posture support or desk-chair functions are required.

Office Lounge Safety and Circularity

The upholstery meets BS 5852 Crib 5 fire resistance requirements, a relevant specification for buyers evaluating seating for workplace interiors. An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is available, providing environmental product information for consideration during specification. The product is also identified as circular, which may be relevant to purchasing teams assessing circularity alongside appearance and configuration.

A two-year warranty is included. Together with the stated fire-resistance specification and available EPD, this gives office furniture buyers practical information to review when comparing modular fabric lounge seating. The Boss Design Boss Atom Ato H is best considered where a high-back, armless chair with a defined orientation and fixed seating format fits the intended office lounge arrangement.
