The HAY C Woven Armchair is a HAY woven lounge chair for people looking for fixed-arm seating without upholstered fabric or a supplied cushion. Part of the Salvador collection, it combines a wood base in beige with a woven design in a rattan color. Its defining difference is this simple, non-adjustable configuration rather than an office chair with adjustable settings.
The chair’s woven construction gives it a distinct look, while its rattan color brings a warm, natural-toned accent to a room. The product data specifies a wood base in beige, so the chair adds both a woven visual element and a clearly identified wood component to a seating arrangement.
There is no upholstery and no cushion included. That makes the seating configuration straightforward for buyers who prefer the chair without padded fabric or want to choose a separate cushion themselves; a cushion is not part of the supplied specification.
Fixed armrests provide a consistent place to rest the arms, while the chair has no adjustable seat height, back height or seat depth. This is worth considering if you need a lounge chair with a set configuration rather than a task chair that can be adapted to different working positions.
The HAY armchair is listed with a maximum ballast of 135 kg. It is identified as a lounge chair, not a chair with lumbar support or a headrest, so buyers can compare its simple seating format with their needs before choosing it for a shared or personal space.
As a lounge chair, the Salvador model can be considered for office lounge areas or a home office where a fixed, arm-supported seat is suitable. Its woven appearance and beige wood base offer visual details to coordinate with surrounding furniture, without relying on upholstered color or a supplied cushion.
The product is marked as circular, and it comes with a two-year warranty. Standards are not specified, and the origin is available on request, so these details can be checked directly if they are important to your purchasing decision. Choose this HAY woven armchair when its fixed configuration, materials and stated load limit suit the intended setting.
