The Kastel K2 Backless Upholstered Stool is a fabric-upholstered stool for office users who want a simple seating option without a backrest. Its defining features are Planet fabric upholstery and a clean, backless configuration, with several color choices to help coordinate the seat with an office interior.
Planet fabric upholstery gives the stool a fabric-covered seating surface rather than an exposed seat. This makes it a suitable choice when you want upholstered seating in a compact, straightforward stool format; the product information does not specify cleaning instructions, so follow the care guidance supplied with the stool.
The available colors include grey, beige, black and brown, alongside red, blue, green, pink and gold. That range lets you choose a restrained neutral or a more noticeable color, depending on the look you want for your office seating. The product is not specified as two-tone.
The K2 stool has no backrest, armrests or adjustment mechanism. Its fixed setup is worth considering if you do not need a chair with adjustable features and prefer a simple seat; it is not designed to provide back support or let you change the seat height or depth.
Because there is no backrest, the stool offers a different seating arrangement from a conventional office chair. It can suit work settings where a backless seat is specifically wanted, while users who need back support, armrests or adjustable positioning should consider those requirements before choosing it.
The stool has a maximum load capacity of 135 kg, giving buyers a clear figure to use when checking whether it is appropriate for its intended user. Kastel provides a two-year warranty, so the purchase also includes a stated warranty period for the product.
The Kastel K2 backless stool is listed as circular in the product information, although no further details about the meaning or specific circular features are provided. Its stated origin is available on request. With its fabric upholstery, choice of colors and non-adjustable, backless design, this model is best assessed by matching those details to the seating needs of your office.
