HAY Meeting Round Table

HAY Meeting Round Table

The HAY Meeting Round Table is a round meeting table intended for two people. Designed by John Tree for HAY’s Annex collection, it provides a shared surface for compact discussions, one-to-one conversations, or collaborative work. Its circular top gives both people access to the table without establishing a head position, making the format suitable for a small office meeting area or a dedicated two-person meeting point.

The tabletop is made from HPL laminate, while the legs, apron, and corners are anodized aluminium. Four straight legs support the table, giving it a clearly defined frame and a coordinated material combination. The described finish for the tabletop is white laminate. The table has a fixed height and is not adjustable, so it suits spaces that need a standard meeting surface rather than a sit-stand or height-adjustable table.

Listed surface color choices include white, grey, red, beige, transparent, black, and green. Base color choices include silver, red, beige, black, grey, and white. These options allow the table to be coordinated with the surrounding office furniture while retaining its round form and material configuration. The range of finishes does not change the table’s intended use for meetings between two people.

The round shape creates a shared area for face-to-face conversation and makes the table appropriate for quick discussions, one-to-one meetings, or work shared by two colleagues. It is designed as a standalone table and cannot be linked to other tables. This makes it a suitable choice when the planned setup calls for an independent meeting point rather than a larger, connected table arrangement.

Cable trays can be fitted, but a cable tray is not included. If cable management is needed, plan for a compatible tray separately instead of assuming it is supplied with the table. The HAY Meeting Round Table comes with a two-year warranty and is part of the Annex collection.

Choose this table for a small meeting room or another office area set aside for two-person conversations. Its round tabletop, HPL laminate surface, and anodized aluminium frame bring together the stated materials and a straightforward meeting function in a fixed, standalone design.
