Cassina 3-Seater Two-Height Backrest Sofa

Cassina 3-Seater Two-Height Backrest Sofa

The Cassina 3-Seater Two-Height Backrest Sofa is a three-seat sofa for office buyers furnishing shared seating areas. Its defining feature is a backrest with two heights, paired with a low left armrest, so the silhouette has a deliberately varied profile rather than a uniform back. Fabric upholstery and a polished aluminium structure complete the design.

Two-Height Backrest Design

The two-height backrest is the key visual and seating feature of this Cassina sofa. Its stepped profile gives the broad three-seat form a distinct outline, while the low armrest on the left keeps one end visually open. The armrests are fixed, so the sofa suits buyers who want a defined configuration rather than movable components.

There is no operating mechanism, and the seat height and seat depth are not adjustable. The backrest’s two-height design should therefore be understood as a feature of its form, not as a user-controlled adjustment. It has no headrest or lumbar support, details worth considering if adjustable posture support is a priority for your space.

Fabric and Aluminium Materials

Fabric upholstery provides a soft, covered seating surface, while polished aluminium forms the supporting structure. This pairing balances a textile appearance with a reflective metal finish, creating a contrast between the upholstered seats and the sofa’s silver-toned or grey-toned base options.

The upholstery is listed in fabric and leather, with color families that include beige, brown, grey, purple, red, white and yellow. The specified configuration is fabric in a light neutral shade. These options give office buyers room to coordinate the sofa with different interior palettes without changing its two-height backrest or left-arm layout.

Choosing This Three-Seat Sofa

This three-seater offers a wide seating arrangement for people who need a shared sofa rather than an individual chair. Its proportions make it a considered choice for a communal office seating area; the product information does not specify a particular room type, so buyers can assess how its width and fixed left armrest fit their own layout.

Choose this model when its set configuration, fabric-covered seating and polished aluminium structure match your requirements. If you need seat adjustments, a headrest, lumbar support or a mechanism, those features are not included. The product is listed as circular and comes with a two-year warranty, giving buyers those details to include in their purchasing decision.
