Cassina Chaise Longue Left Armrest

Cassina Chaise Longue Left Armrest

The Cassina Liege Chaise Longue Left Armrest lounge chair is a chaise longue for people seeking a relaxed seating option in an office or other interior. Its defining feature is a fixed armrest on the left, paired with an aluminium structure and upholstered seating, making the orientation and material combination clear when planning a space.

Chaise Longue Design and Materials

This Cassina lounge chair has a chaise longue form with the armrest on the left, so its position matters when coordinating it with nearby furniture or arranging a seating area. Check the left-hand configuration against your room layout before choosing where it will sit.

The structure and base are aluminium. This gives the chair a metal foundation, while the upholstered seat offers a softer contact surface than an exposed frame alone. The upholstery is specified as fabric or leather; the listed fabric details identify Perbacco in Ecru.

Upholstery colors listed include beige, brown, grey, purple, red, white and yellow, while the base colors include silver, grey and brown. These options give you a way to coordinate the chair with an existing interior palette; confirm the selected upholstery and base finish when ordering.

Comfort and Seating Configuration

The chair has fixed armrests and does not offer adjustable seat height, back height or seat depth. It also has no lumbar support or headrest, so it is best considered by shoppers who want a fixed lounge-chair configuration rather than an adjustable ergonomic office chair.

Its chaise longue profile provides an extended seated position, while the left armrest defines how the chair faces in a room. The listed maximum supported load is 135 kg. Since the seating position and supports are not adjustable, consider whether this fixed configuration suits the intended user and use before purchase.

Office Lounge and Interior Use

As a lounge chair rather than an adjustable task chair, the Liege is suited to relaxed seating areas such as an office lounge or a meeting space where a chaise longue format fits the layout. Its fixed left armrest can help guide placement alongside other seating, but the room arrangement should allow for its extended proportions.

The chair is listed as 88 cm wide and 165 cm deep, with a height of 78 cm. These proportions are useful to check against available floor space, particularly because the extended depth can require more room than a conventional upright chair. The product listing also states a two-year warranty and marks the chair as circular; no further details about the circular designation are provided.
