VARIO Change Extension Tabletop

VARIO Change Extension Tabletop

The VARIO Change Extension Tabletop is a rectangular melamine-faced tabletop for a one-person straight desk, suited to professional workspaces and home offices. Its 19 mm board and clean 90-degree square edge give the desk a defined, straightforward profile, while a choice of surface colors and size options helps you coordinate it with your room and working setup.

Melamine Tabletop Design

The melamine-faced board provides a consistent surface for everyday desk work, and its 19 mm thickness gives the tabletop a substantial profile. A square edge keeps the outline crisp and simple, making it a practical design choice where a neat, straight-edged work surface is preferred.

Choose from blue, white, grey, beige, black, red or green to suit the look of your office. The range includes different width and depth options, so you can select a tabletop proportion that fits the available desk setup without relying on a single standard size.

Desk Setup And Compatibility

This VARIO Change extension tabletop is specified for a straight desk and a single user. T-leg and continuous-leg frame types are listed for the product, with steel identified as the base material; check the configuration of your desk before ordering to ensure the tabletop and frame arrangement match.

The tabletop is suitable for use with a cable tray, which can help keep cables organised beneath the work surface, but a cable tray is not included. It is also listed as non-linkable, so it should not be selected on the assumption that it connects to another tabletop as part of a linked desk arrangement.

Everyday Office Use

For an open-plan office, meeting area or home workspace, the rectangular shape offers a familiar layout for individual desk use. Its range of surface colors makes it easier to coordinate the desk with existing office furniture, while the choice of tabletop dimensions supports different room and workstation requirements.

The product is listed to EN 527 and comes with a two-year warranty. These details give buyers clear reference points when specifying a work surface for an office fit-out or replacing a tabletop in an existing setup. The tabletop is part of VARIO’s CHANGE collection and is identified as an extension model, so confirm the intended desk configuration before purchase.
