The Ondarreta Tam 3-Seat Backless Bench is a three-person seating option from Ondarreta’s Tam collection, designed for buyers who need a shared seat without a backrest. Its combination of stained wood, birch plywood and steel brings together wood and metal, while the backless form keeps the design visually simple.
Materials and design. This three-seat bench combines a stained wood and birch plywood seat with a steel base. The mix gives buyers distinct wood and metal elements in one piece, making it an alternative to an upholstered bench when choosing seating for a shared space.
The bench has no backrest and comes without upholstery, so it offers a straightforward, open seating format rather than cushioned or supported seating. It may suit settings where people need a place to sit briefly or together, but may not suit users who want lumbar support, a headrest or a back to lean against.
Three-seat seating without upholstery. With room for three, the Tam bench brings several seats together in a single piece of furniture. Its backless design can be useful when a simple bench suits the layout better than individual backed chairs. Buyers should consider the lack of back support when matching it to the expected length of use.
The seat is not height- or depth-adjustable, and the back height cannot be adjusted because there is no backrest. This fixed configuration is best for buyers who already know that the bench’s seating position and backless format suit their needs, rather than those seeking ergonomic adjustments for different users.
Options and practical details. Base color choices include white, grey, beige, brown and black, alongside blue, green, red and pink, as well as wood. This range gives buyers flexibility when coordinating the bench with other furniture or the surrounding palette. The supplied product information identifies the bench as circular, which may be relevant when comparing furniture options.
There is no fabric upholstery to choose or maintain, and the product information gives a maximum ballast of 135 kg. A two-year warranty is specified. The Ondarreta Tam 3-Seat Backless Bench is suitable for buyers looking for fixed, unupholstered seating for three, with a wood, plywood and steel material combination and no need for a backrest or adjustment features.
