Ondarreta Tam Bar Backless Stool

Ondarreta Tam Bar Backless Stool

The Ondarreta Tam Bar Backless Stool is a fixed bar stool designed for seating at bar-height counters in offices and other settings. Its backless, unupholstered form brings together a steel structure, stained wood and birch plywood. The design keeps the seat straightforward, without a backrest or adjustment mechanism.

The combination of steel and wood gives the stool a material-led appearance that can work with a range of interior finishes. Its open profile avoids adding a backrest to a bar-height seating arrangement, and the stool can be placed beneath a counter when not in use. The simple construction suits buyers who do not need an upholstered or adjustable chair.

This model has no mechanism, armrests, lumbar support or headrest. It is not upholstered, and its fixed configuration is intended for people looking for a straightforward seat rather than adjustable chair features. The backless design keeps the overall form visually open in office spaces with elevated counters and other areas that call for bar-height seating.

The listed maximum load is 135 kg. The stool is also listed to EN 16139 Level 2, and it has PEFC certification. These details provide useful references when comparing seating specifications and sourcing credentials. It is identified as circular and comes with a two-year warranty.

As part of Ondarreta’s TAM collection, the stool is an option for office spaces with bar-height counters as well as other settings that need elevated seating. Its steel structure and wood surfaces offer a simple material contrast, while the backless construction maintains an uncluttered profile. It is intended for a bar-height surface, rather than as a conventional desk chair with a back and adjustment features.

Listed base color choices include white, grey, blue, beige, black, brown, green and red, offering several options for coordinating the stool with a room. The fixed, unupholstered design keeps the product’s features simple: a backless seat, steel structure and wood surfaces. The listed load capacity, standard, certification and warranty can help buyers assess whether this configuration suits their needs.
